30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality and freshness of our shower and body care products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Personal Care Hygiene Requirements
Due to strict personal health, skin safety, and hygienic regulations regarding bath products:
• Shower gels, body washes, scrubs, and body care liquids MUST remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory condition with the neck seal, shrink-wrap, or cap seal completely intact. Opened, tested, or partially used body washes cannot be returned or refunded for health and sanitary safety reasons.
• Bath sponges, loofahs, and body accessories must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in their original unopened packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects, broken pump tops upon arrival, or incorrect scents/items shipped are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, tested, or used shower gels and liquid bath products (for sanitary reasons).
• Bath accessories showing signs of water exposure or missing original packaging.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@showergeldiscount.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the intact factory seal of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the unopened item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Houston facility to confirm safety seal compliance, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different fragrance, formula, or bottle size, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Leaking Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives leaking, cracked, or with damaged pump nozzles during transport, please contact support@showergeldiscount.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the issue. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
